The challenge
VIVIX Vidros Planos wanted to reduce friction in choosing products and speed up the path from interest to quote, especially when customers have to “imagine” how a glass, mirror or finish will look in their real space.
The solution
Conversational interface
A WhatsApp chatbot that creates visual simulations from the user's own photos, using:
- Advanced image generation models
- Image editing built into the conversational interface
A process orchestrated with n8n, ensuring control over each step, validation and consistent responses, and integrated with Google Nano Banana to run the image simulations with quality and speed — making simulation a practical step in customer service, not an isolated demo.
